Rates are based on a line of 50 - 55 characters, including spaces. Incomplete lines are billed as a complete line (also applies to lines consisting of numbers).
Urgent jobs, difficult-to-read or handwritten manuscripts, etc. are subject to a 25-100% surcharge.
Rates for correction, checking and proofreading are time-based. Proofreading of printable texts is mandatory.
A processing fee of CHF 10 to CHF 25 per order applies. Extra charges are made for certification by a notary.
Quotations are approximate and can vary by around 15%.
All texts are handled discreetly. Written complaints must be made within 10 days. The guarantee applies to proof-read printable texts. GRISCHLINGUA is only responsible for the original text. Proofreading and checks must be carried out by GRISCHLINGUA. Guarantee does not apply to texts proof-read by any other institution. The guarantee is limited to the full amount on the bill.
GRISCHLINGUA invoices are to be settled within 20 / 30 days of date of issue, without deductions.
